Fantastic value, great customer service!

I ordered this for my horse and unfortunately got confused about which color was which and ordered the wrong one. I emailed customer service and immediately got a reply saying I can exchange it. I tried it on my horse to check sizing and because of the padding, it is too small. He is on the bigger end of a cob (15.2hh with a large head but wears cob sized halters) and I ordered a cob, so this is not a huge surprise. However, the quality is fantastic, especially for the price, and I cannot wait to exchange it and get a bigger size and different color. The padding is very nice and it's very adjustable. It seems like it will stay quite stable lunging. I only rated 4 stars because the sizing does seem a bit small. Highly recommend this item and the dressage pony store.
