We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and checks. Orders paid
for by check will not be processed until the funds have been verified.

Absolutely, we will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information
to anyone. I don't like it when companies do that to me so I will not do
that to you.

You will be given a list of different methods during the order process to chose from. We use mainly UPS and the United States Postal Service.

The rates will depend on the weight, volume, and the destination. We will strive to get the best shipping prices available to us.

UPS will not deliver to a PO Box address. Please select a United States
Postal Service shipping method such as Priority Mail when shipping to a
PO Box address.

If your pony is between 13-14 hands chose 'pony' size for the front and
'cob' size for the back.  If your pony is 14 hands chose 'cob' size for
the front and 'full' size for the back. If this does not work please
read our return policy if they do not work.
